General provisions

Staying in the facility means knowing and accepting the following Regulations.

Children and adolescents up to 18 years of age may stay only under the supervision of adults.

People who are not accommodated, but staying in it after 23.00 to 07.00 are required to leave it.

It is forbidden to conduct any trade, gambling, promotional and advertising activities without the Owner's consent on the premises of the resort.

The facility does not allow the organization of stag parties, hen parties and other mass meetings on the premises of the resort without the consent of the Owner.
Booking rules

Reservations can be made via the form on the website or by phone.

After making the reservation, you can pay immediately 100% of the reservation value by choosing the PAY electronic payment system or a payment card. If you want to divide the payment into down payment and final payment, please select offline payment.

When paying offline, we send you an e-mail with information about the booking and payment of the deposit (30% of the booking value) within 7 days of making the booking. Final payment is due 5 days prior to arrival.

After paying 100% of the booking amount, the system will send you codes to the front door, thanks to which you will be able to check in at the facility. The codes are valid according to the time of the purchased booking and you will not be able to use them either before or after the agreed time.
Accommodation rules

Guests can use the accommodation in rooms according to the price list and booking conditions.

The hotel day lasts from 16.00 to 11.00 the next day.

All persons entering the site in order to use the accommodation are required to:

payment of 100% of the fees for the stay before arrival according to the booking sent,
-
leave a returnable deposit in the amount of PLN 300, which will be refunded on the day of departure by a returnable payment upon handing over the room, provided that the regulations of the stay were respected,

There is no service at the property from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. The facility is supervised by a CCTV system with a notification from the security company.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
-
being under the visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
-
that behave aggressively, in a manner commonly considered vulgar,
-
which did not inform the management about the organization of organized events
-
people who do not comply with the regulations of the resort.

Upon opening the door to the room with the use of an individual code, the Guest is automatically checked in and becomes a person materially responsible for the items and the room put into use.

Losing the card by the Guest results in the Guest paying a fee of PLN 40, this amount will be charged to the customer's payment card.

Please exercise special care when closing windows and doors when leaving the room / house.

In the rooms, it is in particular forbidden to:
- smoking,
- take items that are their equipment out of the rooms
- leaving live electrical cables and devices unattended.
- using electrical devices without informing the staff that use electrical power greater than 60W
Order regulations

Staying on the premises of the facility obliges to behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of: one's own, other Guests, and the property's property.

Please keep the quiet hours from 23.00 to 07.00 in the morning.

The area of the center is monitored by closed-circuit television cameras. The data is stored for one month until registration.

Persons disturbing the peace and order in the Center may be removed without the right to any compensation.

A first aid kit is located in the hotel lobby.

Damages caused by guests' fault are settled on the spot. If it is not possible to determine the cost of the repair at the time the damage occurs, it is allowed to evaluate the damage within 7 days. In this case, a damage report should be drawn up.

For breaking the ban on smoking in the room, the Guest is charged the amount of PLN 1,000, added to the final bill.

We kindly ask you to take care of cleanliness and order in the facility. We provide cleaning products on request. Possible permanent dirt or defects should be reported to the facility staff on a regular basis

In order to clean the hotel room, please post the information on the room door handle or inform the staff. Pendants can be found in the rooms or in annexes.

The facility is not responsible for items left or lost by guests on the premises.

In the event of dirt, contamination or infection of a room where the use of a disinfecting or disinfecting company is required to restore it to its original condition, the Guest is charged in full.

In the event of suspicion of irregularities, threats or breakdowns, the staff has the right to enter the Guest's room without prior information.
Vehicle parking rules
1. Parking only in designated areas.
2. The car park on the premises is an unguarded car park.
3. The facility is not responsible for the vehicles left behind or the property in them.
Rules for the stay of animals

The facility does not accept pets.
Final Provisions

Guests using the services of the facility undertake not only to comply with the provisions of these Regulations, but also health and safety and fire regulations, as well as service instructions.

Any possible complaints due to improperly provided services should be reported directly to the staff. Complaints filed after the end of the benefit may not be considered.

The Regulations come into force on 01/03/2021.
